In addition to a wide range of mechanical dosing solutions for pre-treatment and disinfection, Grundfos also offers highly advanced digital dosing pumps. Digital dosing pumps are specially designed to dose even very small amounts of chemicals safely and accurately - down to 0.0025 l/h. This brings large savings, because you do not lose expensive chemicals by overdosing. In addition, the risk of spoiling the product by adding too much chemical practically disappears. And because dosing is continuous, there are no frequent starts and stops that cause greater loads, and no corrosion, so the pumps last a long time.
The dosing pump range also includes mechanical dosing pumps that can dose up to 8,000 litres per hour and, in special systems, ensure pressures of up to 200 bar.
