STP120-7 is the primary immersion sensor for Schneider control schemes on medium-to-large pipework (DN 25–100). The 120 mm probe brings the sensor tip to the flow centre even on larger pipes. Used on: heating flow-line temperature (downstream of the control valve), DHW supply temperature after the heat exchanger, DH return-line on the primary side, boiler-room outlet/inlet measurement. The +200 °C rating extends to hotter zones of high-temperature water systems. Delivery across the EU.

The 120 mm probe suits DN 25–100 pipes with an appropriate pocket. Pocket active length should be 100–110 mm so the probe tip sits at the flow centre. Fill the pocket with silicone oil or heat-transfer paste to cut response time by 20–30 %. If clearance is not available, use a side-mounted T-piece.

Usually yes. Match the pocket to pipe thread (G ½" or G ¾") and system pressure class (PN 6 / PN 16 / PN 25). Contact us and we will help specify it.
The +200 °C rating covers high-temperature water and condensate lines. For saturated steam (t > 200 °C, p > 15 bar) use PT100 or PT1000 sensors.
An NTC 1.8 kΩ element reads ~0.15 kΩ at 100 °C. Important range for typical heating flow temperatures (70–90 °C).
Standard 2-wire line, up to 100 m of unshielded 2×1.5 mm² cable. Shielded twisted pair recommended for longer runs or high-EMI locations.
