FAQ
1-pass vs 2-pass?
1-pass — flow crosses the exchanger once. 2-pass — twice, giving higher effectiveness at the cost of higher Δp. 2-pass is used for very low ΔT (< 10 °C) or return-line limits.
Do I need a strainer upstream?
Recommended — at least 500 μm. In systems with unknown water quality add a magnetic filter as well.
